Hubungan Antara Panjang Tungkai Dan Daya Ledak Tungkai Terhadap Kecepatan Lari 100 Meter Pada Siswa MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita Kecamatan Galesong Kabupaten Takalar

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) Is there a relationship between leg length and the 100 meter running speed of MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita students, Galesong District, Takalar Regency; (2) Is there a relationship between the explosive power of the limbs and the 100 meter running speed of the students of MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita, Galesong District, Takalar Regency; (3) Is there a relationship between the length of the legs and the explosive power of the legs on the 100 meter running speed of the students of MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita, Galesong District, Takalar Regency. The population is all students of the MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita. The sample used was male students as many as 30 people. The technique of determining the sample is by selecting randomly by way of lottery (Simple Random Sampling). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis (r) and multiple regression analysis (R) at a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant relationship between leg length and the 100 meter running speed of MA Muhammadiyah Bontorita students with a Pearson correlation value (r) of 0.761; (2) There is a significant correlation between leg explosive power and the 100 meter running speed of the Muhammadiyah Bontorita students with a Pearson correlation value (r) of 0.778; (3) There is a significant relationship between leg length and limb explosive power together with the 100 meter running speed of the Muhammadiyah Bontorita MA students with a multiple regression value (R) of 0.854, for a determinant coefficient value of 0.729 or 72.9%..
