Hubungan Antara Keseimbangan Dan Kelentukan Togok Terhadap Kemampuan Sepak Mula Pada Permainan Sepak Takraw Siswa SMS Kristen Kondosapata’ Makassar

Abstract

This type of research is correlational with the independent variables being the balance and flexibility of the togok, while the dependent variable is the ability to start football. The study population was the students of SMA Kristen Kondo Sapata 'Makassar and the samples were taken as many as 40 students. The technique of determining the sample is random by way of lottery (Simple Random Sampling). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the data were analyzed using the SPSS Version 21 application. The results showed that 1). There is a significant relationship between balance and football skills in the game of Sepak takraw on students of SMA Kristen Kondosapata 'Makassar with a correlation value (r) = 0.849. 2). There is a significant relationship between togok flexibility on the first-class soccer ability of the students of SMA Kristen Kondosapata 'Makassar with the correlation value (r) = 0.552. 3). There is a significant relationship between the balance and flexibility of the togok on the ability of the initial soccer in the football game for students of SMA Kristen Kondosapata 'Makassar with the coefficient of determination (r2) = 0.776 or equal to 77.6%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balance and flexibility of the togok on the ability of the beginning of the takraw game for students of SMA Kristen Kondosapata 'Makassa
