Hubungan Keseimbangan, Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Panjang Tungkai Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Gaya Berjalan Di Udara Pada Mahasiswa PENJASKESREK STKIP YPUP Makassar

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the correlation between balance of long jump
ability in the air gait (2) the correlation between explosive power of leg muscles
and long jump ability of gait in the air (3) the correlation between length of the
legs on long jump ability of gait in the air (4) the correlation between balance, leg
muscle explosive power and leg length on the long jump ability of gait in the air.
The population of the research was the students of Penjaskesrek of STKIP YPUP
Makassar with the total population was 105 students in 2018 batch. The sample
used was random sampling with the total sample selected was 30 people. The
data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis,
regression analysis at a significant level = 0.05 through SPSS 24 version. The
results of this research indicated that: (1) There was a significant correlation
between balance and long jump gait ability in the air with a value of r = 0.675>
0.05. (2) There was a correlation between explosive power of leg muscles and the
long jump ability of gait in the air with value of r = 0.702 > 0.05. (3) There was a
correlation between length of legs on long jump ability of gait in the air with
value of r = 0.790 > 0.05. (4) There was a correlation between balance, leg
muscle explosive power and leg length on long jump ability of gait in the air with
value of R2 = 0.659 = 65.9%.
