Abstract
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the STEAM learning approach (Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics) on student learning outcomes in learning mathematics. This type of reseachh is pre-eksperimental. The sample in this study were students of class VII.A MTs Nurul Aziz DDI Barobbo. Data processing using descriptive sattistics, the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics) increased with a very hig category after seeing the gain value of 0,73 with an average score of 82,8 learning outcomes. Student activities during the STEAM learning approach (Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics) are in the good category with a percentage of 86% and student responses after the application of the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics) are in the good category with a percentage of 86% and student respondenses after the application of the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering Art and Mathematics) are in the good category with a percentage of 84,6. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the STEAM approach is effective on student learning outcomes in class VII mathematics learning at MTs Nurul Azis DDI Barobbo.
