Abstract

The objective of the research was to find out the effect of Problem Posing Learning Model to Improve Math Learning Achievement for the Seventh Grade Student of SMP YP PGRI Makassar. The total sample was 20 students. Technique of data collection was test and observation in every cycle. Technique of data analysis was quantitative and qualitative analysis. The result indicated that the implementation of problem posing learning model had improved Math learning achievement for the students as proven by the average score gained as 62,55 with deviation standard was 11,637 with the learning completion was 30% in cycle I. The improvement was done in cycle II as indicated by the value was 90 % with average score was 78,92 with deviation standard was 6,621. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the implementation of problem posing learning model improved students’ Math learning achievement at SMP YP PGRI Makassar.
