Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the PAILKEM learning strategy on student learning outcomes. The population in this study was SMK Negeri 10 Makassar while the sample in this study were 24 students from class XI TIPTL 2. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. From the results of the analysis obtained: (1) students' mathematics learning outcomes reached KKM (2) increased student learning outcomes after implementing the PAILKEM strategy were in the high category, namely 82.13 (3) student activity was in the 63.34% category; (4) Student responses are in the positive category with an average of 78.33; and (5) the implementation of student learning is in the very good category with an average of 96.875%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the PAILKEM strategy is effective for improving students' mathematics learning outcomes.
