Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee productivity PT. Midi Utama Indonesia. The data obtained through field research and library research. The field research was questionnaires. This study was conducted with 47 respondents drawn based on sampling techniques, which determine the sample by taking into the number of the properties and spatial distribution of population in order to obtain representative samples. The data were analyzed by using simple regression analysis, Based on the analysis conducted, showed that: (1). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity PT. Midi Utama Indonesia. It can be seen from count amounted to 4, 601 table greater than 1,679 or 0,000 significance level of less than 0.05, and (2). Job satisfaction can only contribute to the variation changes the employee's productivity PT. Midi Utama Indonesia at 0.320. This shows that job satisfaction can only contribute to the variation changes the employee's productivity by 32%. While the rest of 68% influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
