PENGARUH IKLIM KERJA DAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BUMI KARSA MAKASSAR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the variables of work climate and work ability on employee performance at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar. Initially, a qualitative descriptive analysis was carried out, namely by analyzing quantitative data that had been obtained through documentation from the company from PT Bumi Karsa Makassar, then a quantitative analysis was carried out using a multiple linear regression analysis model to determine the direction of the effect of work climate and work ability on employee performance at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar. The result is that work climate and work ability have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on employee performance, where work climate is the dominant factor influencing PT Bumi Karsa Makassar employee performance with a fairly high prediction rate of .0651% (65.1%)
