PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DINAS SOSIAL PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance at the Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province, as well as to determine the most influential factors on employee performance. The research population is all employees at the Social Service Office of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 56 employees. Because the population is small or less than 100 people, the entire population is used as a sample (100% sample). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of the work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect either partially or jointly on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Provincial Social Service Office, where organizational culture was the most influential factor on employee performance.
