Abstract

The aim to be achieved in this study is to determine whether the provision of compensation has an effect on increasing employee performance in the Consignment Vendor Ladies and Intimate areas of PT. Matahari Department Store Ratu Indah Mall in Makassar. This research is a quantitative research using simple regression analysis technique in answering the hypothesis. The sample in this study were all employees who work in the Consignment Vendor Ladies and Intimate area of PT. Matahari Department Store Mall Ratu Indah in Makassar with a total of 42 employees. The results showed that the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable.
