DAMPAK PENILAIAN PRESTASI KERJA TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR PEGAWAI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of performance appraisal on employee development at PT Bank BRI Gowa Regency. The research method is survey. The population in this study were all employees at PT Bank BRI Gowa Regency, amounting to 32 people. Because the population is small, the sampling is 100 percent (saturated sample), ie the entire population is used as a sample at once. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as a support. The data analysis technique is simple linear regression to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that there was a significant and direct (positive) effect of job performance appraisal on employee career development with a very strong correlation. This is indicated by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.964 (96.4 percent), while the results of the regression analysis show a positive and significant effect.
