PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS TENAGA KERJA KOTA MAKASSAR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has not reduced the enthusiasm of Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Makassar to improve their performance. Many benefits can be obtained from this condition, including the implementation of training programsand support of providing motivation for employees. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of training and motivation on improving employee performance of Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Makassar. The sample ini this studi was 34 employees and the method of analysis used was multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistic program. This study shows the result that training programs are able to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Likewish, providing rewards and maintaining communication as a form of motivation greatly affect the performance of Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Makassar.
