PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMATIF, MOTIVASI, DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN PEMEDIASI ENGAGEMENT PADA HOTEL BERBINTANG LIMA DI KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract
The research objectives: (1) partially analyze the effect of transformative leadership style, motivation, and OCB on engagement, (2) partially analyze the effect of transformative leadership style, motivation, OCB, and engagement on employee performance. (4) partially analyze the effect of transformative leadership style, motivation, and OCB on employee performance through engagement Quantitative research approach and the sample is 243 employees. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The method of collecting samples by means of purposive sampling. The method of analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that: (1) Transformative leadership style, motivation, and OCB partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Transformative leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation and OCB partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) Transformative leadership style, motivation, and OCB through engagement partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
